Your first visit with us will be about 20 minutes long (Please come in gym clothing as we may quickly check your movements!) We want to get to know you and understand your health and fitness goals, and then together we’ll decide what the best way to get started will be – Small Group Classes, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, or a combination. The good news is that we have a variety of programs available for whatever your needs and budget may be!
